Unauthorized Bus Entry

Act 65 of 1998 makes unauthorized entry onto a school bus with the intent to commit a crime, disrupt or interfere with the driver, or refusal to disembark from the school bus after being ordered to do so a third degree misdemeanor. To fully protect all students riding District buses, all residents and parents are asked to abide by this law.
