District School Psychologist

Hello!  My name is Rachel Stearman, and I am proud to serve as the School Psychologist for the Knoch School District.  I joined the district in 2022, bringing with me a strong background in both education and mental health.  I hold an Educational Specialist degree and a Master’s in Educational Psychology from Edinboro University, and I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with experience working with students in grades K–12.

As a school psychologist, I am dedicated to supporting the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of all students.  My role includes conducting comprehensive educational evaluations, collaborating with teachers and families, providing consultation and intervention services, and helping to foster safe, supportive learning environments.  I work closely with students, staff, and parents to identify learning barriers and implement strategies that promote success.

I feel incredibly fortunate to work in a community of caring educators and resilient students.  Whether it is through assessments, problem-solving, or simply being a supportive presence, I am here to ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions, concerns, or are in need of support.  I look forward to working together!
