The Knoch School District once again proved to be one of the more economically responsible districts in the region.  The school district has a very reasonable tax base compared to the surrounding communities within Butler and Allegheny counties.  It provides a high-quality education while making efficient use of its resources to provide such service.  Through careful planning and fiscal responsibility, students receive technologically advanced instruction in a unified campus setting.

In Butler County, assessed values normally run between 8-11% of a home’s market value.  The current tax rate is 97.5746 mills.
