Pumpkin Chunkin' Fun at the Intermediate

Over the past few weeks, Knoch Intermediate School's 4th grade science classes have been learning about catapults and the science behind how they work. To wrap up the unit, students put their knowledge to the test by designing and building their very own pumpkin-chucking catapults!

This hands-on STEM activity gave students the opportunity to apply what they've learned while using creativity, problem-solving skills, and a little pumpkin-powered fun!
