Last week, members of the Saxonburg Fire Company visited kindergarten and first-grade students at Knoch Primary School for a fun and educational lesson on fire safety!
Students learned about the importance of smoke alarms, practiced what to do if their clothes catch fire with “Stop, Drop, and Roll,” and got an up-close look at the equipment firefighters use to keep our community safe. The highlight of the visit? Getting to climb inside the fire trucks!
A big thank you to the Saxonburg Fire Company for taking the time to teach our youngest Knights these important, potentially lifesaving skills!
