Yesterday, students in Mrs. Schuster’s 8th-grade Discovery Literature class visited the Stay Gold Diner after finishing their reading of The Outsiders. While enjoying some tasty treats, students presented projects inspired by the novel and shared their insights with classmates. The visit concluded with an exciting Academic Rumble, where teams competed to see who could recall the most facts from the book. It was a fun and engaging way to bring literature to life beyond the classroom!
