KHS and KMS students who are members of the Knoch Area Youth Coalition, which works to prevent underage drinking in our community, spent time on October 25 participating in Project Sticker Shock at two Saxonburg businesses. Project Sticker Shock is a program connected with Keystone Wellness and the PA Liquor Control Board, where students were permitted to come into two local distributors and put stickers on alcohol packaging that remind the buyer that providing alcohol to minors is against the law.
The Coalition would like to thank Beer Nation and Countryside Beer Distributor for participating in this important program.
