National Public Lands Day Volunteer Event
Jennings Environmental Education Center was looking for volunteers to pitch in at the park in celebration of National Public Lands Day on Saturday, September 25, and the KHS Conservation Club stepped up to help. Volunteers did trail work and other park improvement projects for approximately 2.5 hours, and then received lunch and a commemorative t-shirt for their efforts.
