After an interesting beginning to their trip last Thursday, congratulations is in order for the Youth and Govt after returning from the 2024 Model convention in Harrisburg. A special shout out to freshmen Phoebe Barnett & Luke Posey for making it the judicial semi-finals out of 34 teams, to Phoebe Barnett on her nomination to the National Judicial Convention in Minnesota, to freshman, Ethan Lauer on his award for outstanding lobbyist and to seniors, Alicyn Rhodes and Teaghan Steighner for winning the Samantha Condrick Spirit Award! Finally, congratulations to the entire group for earning the status of a premier delegation—to put it into perspective, only four delegations in the entire state achieved that status! Well done!
